6 day class
Our most popular six-day workshop combines the previously detailed workshops, Joinery I, II and III, into an intensive week-long foundational joinery course for those that are traveling from out of town or students from close by who would prefer to attend a full week of intensive hand-tool woodworking. In this course you will quickly develop the skills necessary to establish a solid foundation in hand-tool woodworking. These skills will also prepare you for more advanced projects.

The price of this workshop includes the materials to make a wall shelf, an occasional table and a dovetail box. You’re welcome to purchase an additional kit if you’d like to make these three projects again at home. (You’ll see the option to purchase a kit when you register for this workshop.)
The first day of class is from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Subsequent days are from 8 a.m to 5:30 p.m.
NOTE: We offer a Deferred Payment Option for classes costing over $1,000.00. You’ll need to pay 50% of the registration fee when you register and then the balance will be due 30 days prior to your class. (We will charge the balance to the same card you used when you registered for your class.) When you add the class to your shopping cart, you will automatically be charged the full amount of the class unless you put in the Coupon Code of WOODCLASS. (This code is case sensitive. Feel free to cut and paste it into the coupon code area if you’d like.)
All our classes close 24 hours before the class date with the exception of classes that start on Monday, which will close the Friday before. If there’s a class that closed early that you’d like to attend, please call us at 254-754-9620 to check for availability.
Note: Since our workshops are specifically designed for adults, an individual must be 18 years old to enroll in a class. All students should wear practical work clothes and shoes. For your safety, we ask that you do not wear shorts or sandals to a class you are attending.
