Learn the art of luthier, the craft of instrument making, while making your own guitar. Making a guitar by hand is very rewarding experience that will further improve your skills as a woodworking.

We have two classes to choose from. For those that don’t have a lot of time but still would like to make an heirloom instrument, the 6-day guitar from a kit is just the class for you. You will learn how to shape the internal parts of the guitar for the best sound all the while perfecting the shape of the neck and finally putting the whole guitar together, learning the intricacies of setting up a guitar. You will leave with a finished guitar at the end of just six days.

If you have more time available, you may want to take the 17-day class, were you will make a guitar, starting literally from scratch. You will thickness the wood, shape the wood, bend the wood all the while learning the intricacies of the luthiers craft.
