Crocheting is a craft that is, in some ways, similar to knitting except that you use only one hook to create your stitches instead of two knitting needles. So you only need a crochet hook and a ball of yarn to practice! When you are working on a project in crochet, an advantage is that you can take it with you wherever you go.

In our classes we will teach you the basics of crochet. You will learn how to read a crochet pattern and will make a variety of items. With these basic skills you will then be able to create a variety of projects such as blankets, scarves, hats, dishcloths and even sweaters, at home.
